seriouswaves asked: Almond bark is a weird sweet thing we have in the US which you melt and set to harden. It's kinda hard to explain, but it's just sort of a smooth creamy candy coating, just firm. People dip things in it, like pretzels or clusters of nuts or things like the one you posted, and then you put them on wax paper and it sets and firms up. There is a wiki page if you look it up.
